We have a swamp cypress bonsai, & live on the Sunshine Coast Queensland.
We have noticed the last few weeks some leaves are going rusty brown
colour , as we are novices, can you advise the reason for this?
Thankyou,
Rgds

Hi Maree, Has your weather been cooling off and has the tree been starting to get a little less light each day? Sometimes swampys can prematurely begin to go dormant. We have had a few go already. This year has seen some weird weather and has thrown us some curve balls with our trees. Keep an eye on the tree, the affected leaves may just drop off and re shoot.
